Meadowlark Title has been conceived to build the nation’s largest independent technology-enabled commercial and residential title agency by employing a consolidation strategy of best-in-class owners and operators (“Partners”). We offer potential Partners a fundamentally different value proposition than others in the industry, as our goal is to partner with successful entrepreneurs that have a vested interest in maintaining the continuity of their respective businesses, while continuing to operate with autonomy. Our strategy is designed to be minimally disruptive and we intentionally do not seek to change the identity or culture of the agency.
